What’s up party people? I want to let you in on a secret. I know the most amazing place you can go to buy and sell high-end and designer clothing. Danielle’s Consignment Boutique is the cutest store in the Devenish building on 17th Ave SW and Danielle and her team are not only the loveliest of ladies but they have killer style and will help you pick out the most amazeballs pieces that are looking for loving homes.
I had the opportunity to go in and put together some outfits and let me tell you, it was really hard to not buy everything. So please sit back, relax and take a peek at some of the outfits I’ve put together with their current inventory. You can buy them if you run there now!
I love this look! I felt inspired by Serena van der Woodsen. The sequins say, “I’m here to party” and the knit sweater and boots calm it down by saying, “I’m also work appropriate”. Yes, you can wear sequins Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and this Rachel Roy dress and Marc Jacobs hobo will make you sure you shine all the way through! Not to mention you’ll kick ass in these gorgeous yet bad ass knee-high boots!
How cool are these boots? I paired them with a burgundy tunic and threw over a plaid top to give it a fall, back-to-school look. I used the belt as a cute little neck tie and then gave it some edge with the studded boots. This is perfect for transitioning into the chilly weather and there is plenty of space in that beautiful Boss tote for…everything. It’s seriously huge inside, I love it!
Who loves a furry vest with tassels and Jimmy Choo’s more than me? (If you’re out there, gimme a shout.) I’ve got layers and layers on layers here and I wouldn’t have it any other way. These gorgeous and remarkable pieces will diversify your portfolio and wash your dishes. JK. But you’ll look hot doing those things in this ensemble. Because we never know what the weather will do here, I put this shaggy vest over the pink patterned trench to keep you warm in your LBD and you will conquer the world in the Jimmy peep-toe booties.
Who doesn’t want to wear a dressed up sweatshirt? If you don’t, that’s cool too. I took this totally adorable penguin sweater and layered it with a ballin’ perforated leather blazer and super classy tapered dress pant. Delicately throw yourself into those Vince heels and you’ve got a look that can go from the drug store to the d-floor.
These pants though! I swooned so hard over these leather boyfriends. They will go with anything because they are so hot but here I’ve paired them with a super classic and incredibly soft, navy turtleneck and to make it even more cozy, I layered it with an even more soft scarf to give it the “Oh this? I just threw this on” look. Grab that jewelled clutch and be on your way my friend!
This Prada purse was a must feature. Its beauty speaks loud enough so I don't need to say anything more about that.
If you are looking to make some room in your closet for your big knit sweaters and fall layers or just want to sell or donate, Danielle’s accepts items seasonally that are in perfect condition, freshly laundered with no signs of wear and less than two years old.
